“I will love thee, O Lord, my strength.”
-Psalm 18:1-
Our Father, which art in Heaven:
We
ask that you will forgive us for our sins. Create in us a clean heart,
O God, and renew a right spirit within us. We love you, because you
are OUR strength. You are our strength and redeemer. You are the
strength of our salvation. You are our strength and shield. You are
the strength of our life, and we do not have to be afraid. We know that
you are our refuge and strength, and a very PRESENT help in the time of
trouble. In you, we know that our strength is girded, and you make our
way perfect. We know that our strength is girded, in battles, for
that, we say thank you. You give power to the faint, and to us who have
no might, you increase our strength. You are the saving strength for
your anointed, your people. You give us strength, and you bless us with
peace. When our soul is melted with heaviness, you strengthen us
according to your word. When we are discouraged, you give us strength,
if we wait on you Jesus. You told us to wait on you, and you will be the
one to strengthen our heart, if we wait on you. We know that if we wait
on you, our strength shall be renewed, we shall mount up with wings as
eagles, we shall run and not be weary, we shall walk and not faint. We
will excel in your strength if we keep your commandments, and hearken
unto the voice of your word. In you, LORD JEHOVAH, is everlasting
strength. Let the words of our mouth, and the meditation of our heart,
be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, our STRENGTH, and our Redeemer.
