Evangelizing

“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: ²⁰

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”

-Matt. 28:19-20-

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us.  Lord, we have a strong desire to share your gospel to the world.  We want the world to know who you are, and that you are the only true and living God.  We ask that you will equip us with your armor to go out into the world in love sharing your mighty truth.  God we are your mighty witnesses going into the uttermost parts of the earth sharing the gospel.  The world needs to hear about you!  For you loved the world, and you gave your only begotten Son (Jesus), that whoever believes in him will not perish, but will have everlasting life.  We ask that you will lead us to the proper trainings and teachings to allow us to effectively evangelize your gospel, not hindering a lost soul to turn away from you, but to come to you, with the heart desire to be saved.  We will be loving witnesses telling the world about Christ!  We will not be ashamed of the gospel, but we will proclaim the gospel!

Wisdom and Understanding

“Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.”

-Proverbs 3:13-

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us. The fear of you is wisdom, and to depart from evil is understanding. The fear of you is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the holy is understanding. The fear of you is the instruction of wisdom. We ask that you will give us wisdom and understanding, for only you give wisdom and understanding. There is no wisdom, nor counsel, nor understanding against you, Lord.  We know that the wisdom from above (from you) is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be in treated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.  You give wisdom to those who ask.  If we lack wisdom, we can ask you, and you will give to all men liberally, and upbraided not.  We know that happy is the man that findeth wisdom and get understanding.  You told us to get wisdom and understanding, and forget them not.  We know that wisdom is the principal thing, therefore we must get it, and with all thy getting we must get understanding.  If we get wisdom it is good for our soul, and if we keep understanding, we shall find good.   Wisdom strengthens the wise, more than ten men in a city. Our mouths shall speak of wisdom, and the meditation of our hearts shall be of understanding. You give wisdom, and out of your mouth, Lord, come knowledge and understanding.  We will seek and pursue your wisdom Lord, because the wisdom that is not from you is earthly, sensual, and devilish.  We ask for your wisdom, Lord Jesus, and we thank you for your wisdom.

In Your Presence

^“And he said, my presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest.”

Exodus 33:14

Our Father, who art in Heaven:

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us.  We know that you exist and that you are everywhere.  There is no place that your presence is not there.  There are many times, we leave your presence, but you constantly remain.  When we are away from your presence (not in daily prayer, reading the word, following your will for our lives, not being in the spirit of God) we are hopeless without you.  There is no guidance, when we have not gotten into your presence.  We are not following your will when we decide not to be in your presence.  Our relationship is unsteady and shaken when we are not in your presence.  Oh, how we long to be in your presence. Today, we are yearning to be in your presence.  You fill us (spiritually) with your glory being in your presence.   Our hearts and minds are still when we get into your presence.  We are spiritually intact with you, when we are in your presence.  There is fullness of joy in your presence.  Being in your presence gives us rest.  Being in your presence leads us down the righteous path. We will commit to getting into your presence.

God's Power

“Touching the Almighty, we cannot find him out: he is excellent in power, and in judgment, and in plenty of justice: he will not afflict.”

Our Father, who art in Heaven:

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us. Lord we know that your power is given in heaven and in earth.  We ask for your power because we are weak vessels.  You give us power when we are faint, and our strength is increased.  We excel in your strength because of your power.  Your power is excellent, and there is no greater power than you.  You have redeemed our souls from the power of the grave (situations).  We are girded by your power, and it rules forever.  Because of your power, our sins are forgiven.  The earth was made by your power.  We ask that you will continue to allow your power to dwell in us.  You give us power to cast our unclean spirits in your name Jesus, even within ourselves.  We have power over the enemy.    Lord we want the power of you to rest upon us.  Jesus, you were crucified through weakness, but you lived by the power of God.  We your people want to be strong in you, and in the power of your might.  Lord we want your power.
