Proverbs 16

Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established.
-verse 3-

Our Father, which art in Heaven:

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us.  The preparations of our heart is ours, and the answer of the tongue, is from you, Lord.   All our ways of us are clean in our own eyes; but you weigheth the spirits.  We will commit thy works unto you, and our thoughts shall be established. By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of you, we depart from evil.   When our ways please you, you maketh our enemies at peace with us.  Our hearts deviseth our way, but you direct our steps.   It is better for us to be of a humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud. If we handle a matter wisely we shall find good: and if we trust in you, happy are we.  If we are wise in heart we shall be called prudent: and the sweetness of our lips increaseth learning. Understanding is a wellspring of life unto us that hath it:  Pleasant words are as a honeycomb, and sweet to our souls.  As we continue to be the godly example, we thank you for allowing us to pray to you today.

Proverbs 3

Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:
-verse 3-

Our Father, which art in Heaven:

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us. Lord, we will not forget your law, and our hearts will keep your commandments. For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall be added to us.  Mercy and truth we will not forsake, but we will bind them about our neck; and write them upon the table of our hearts.  We shall find favour and good understanding in the sight of you and man.  We trust in you with all thine heart; and we do no lean unto our own understanding.   We acknowledge you in all our ways, and you direct our paths.   We will not be wise in thine own eyes:  but we will reverence you, and depart from evil.  We  honour you with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase:  You are our confidence, and we will put all of our trust in you.
