Jesus You Are Our Gift

“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
-Isaiah 9:6-

Our Father, which art in Heaven:

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us.  As we celebrate CHRISTmas, we know that you are our gift.  For a gift is as a precious stone in the eyes of him that hath it: whithersoever it turneth, it prospereth.  Jesus you are the reason for the CHRISTMAS season.  There is no greater gift than you that we will ever receive from anyone. We thank you for being God’s holy child, and being the son of God.  We will remember you on CHRISTmas day, and share to the world the true meaning of CHRISTMAS.  We celeberate your birth, and will remember that you are the mighty King.  CHRISTMAS is all about you!

GOD HAS A PLAN FOR YOU

“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:”
-Ecclesiastes 3:1-

Our Father, who art in Heaven:

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us.  To every thing there is a season, and a time for every purpose under the heaven, and we believe that. Lord we often struggle in our lives to know our purpose.  We often struggle in our lives to know and to follow your will. We are often confused to when we don’t know the plans you have for us.  Sometimes we think our plans that we have established for ourselves without consulting with you is the purpose and will of God for our lives.  If we don’t consult with you for our plans for our lives we may not be in your will.  Help us today to know our purpose, so that we will/can follow your will, and so that our plans will be aligned with you.  Please show us why we exist, and what you have created us to do in your presence.  Help us today to understand that anything that keeps us away from you is not your will and we are not walking in our God given purpose when we’re out of your will.  By us being in your will, you are getting the glory.  Lord we desire to follow your will and succeed in our plans in you.  We cannot succeed with our plans without you.  As we draw closer in a relationship with you, we will know our purpose, and follow your will, and our plans will succeed in you Lord.

Representing Christ

“Representing Christ Daily In Our Lives”

“Now then we are ambassadors for Christ”
-Ephesians. 5:20-

Our Father, which art in Heaven:

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us.  We want to represent you and your glory God in how we live.  You have called us as a chosen generation, and a royal priesthood, a holy nation, and a peculiar people, in whom you have called out of darkness, and into your marvelous light.  We will show the world that we are representing you as your, chosen generation, and that we have been called out of darkness (sin), and into your marvelous light (salvation).  Lord, in our language and communication we will represent who you are.  Our language will not be filthiness, foolish talking, or jesting, because they are not convenient (Ephesians 5:4).   We will represent you in our ways and character because we will walk in your spirit and not our flesh.  For the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance:  We will represent you at our place of our employment, in our communities, and in our daily affairs.  We want the world to see that your light is in us, and that you are the light of the world.  We will not represent Satan in any part of our lives, but our duty is to represent you to the best of our ability in all that we do.

Be Thankful

“In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in
 Christ Jesus concerning you.”
-Thessalonians 5:18

Our Father, which art in Heaven:

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us.  In every thing we give thanks, for this is your will concerning us.  We thank you for allowing us to wake up this morning to be able to experience a glorious day that you have created.  We thank you for allowing us to spend time with you, because you want us to have a relationship with you.  We thank you for providing shelter, food, and clothes for us to have, because you are JEHOVAH-JIREH, the Lord who provides.  We thank you for always being with us, and never leaving, because you never leave us, nor forsake us.  We thank you for the financial blessing that is here and that will come, because the earth is yours and the fullness there of.  We thank you for healing us internal and external, because you are JEHOVAH-RAPHA, the Lord who heals.  We thank you for allowing us to trust, delight, hope, and rest in you.  We thank you that we can make our request known to you, and we don’t have to be anxious.  We thank you that we can cast all of our burdens unto you, because you care.  We thank you that your JOY is our strength.  We thank you for our families, friends, and enemies.  We thank you that we can be men and women of God, not compromising your word, but standing on the truth.  We thank you that you are the ONLY truth and the way.  We thank you that when our hearts and spirits are broken, that you will mend our broken hearts.  We thank you for opportunities.  We thank you for the open doors and the closed doors.  We thank you for allowing your son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross for our sins.  Today, we say, THANK YOU, JESUS!

Thank you!

Proverbs 16

Commit thy works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established.
-verse 3-

Our Father, which art in Heaven:

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us.  The preparations of our heart is ours, and the answer of the tongue, is from you, Lord.   All our ways of us are clean in our own eyes; but you weigheth the spirits.  We will commit thy works unto you, and our thoughts shall be established. By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of you, we depart from evil.   When our ways please you, you maketh our enemies at peace with us.  Our hearts deviseth our way, but you direct our steps.   It is better for us to be of a humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud. If we handle a matter wisely we shall find good: and if we trust in you, happy are we.  If we are wise in heart we shall be called prudent: and the sweetness of our lips increaseth learning. Understanding is a wellspring of life unto us that hath it:  Pleasant words are as a honeycomb, and sweet to our souls.  As we continue to be the godly example, we thank you for allowing us to pray to you today.

TRUST JESUS

“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
Proverbs 3:5

Our Father, which art in Heaven:

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us.  Lord, we open our hearts to trust you, not relying on our own understanding, but knowing you have control over all.  We trust in your ability, your character, and totally rely on your strength.  We do not depend on our native instincts, but we depend on your instincts.  You are our rock, and in you we trust.  We know that if we trust you, we can rejoice, knowing that you will save us from the enemies who persecute us.  We are helped if we trust you, and our hearts greatly rejoice because you are our strength and shield. If we put our trust in you, we shall be safe.  We, the righteous, shall be glad, because we trust in you. We are blessed when we trust you, and we are not desolate.  We must trust in you at all times, for we are your people, and our hearts are before you, because you are our refuge.  We know that you are good, you are a strong hold in the day of trouble, and you know us if we trust in you.  As we draw near thee, O God, we put our trust in you that we may declare your works.  Our confidence is in you, and not in man.  We will trust in you forever. We trust in thee, O Lord, because you are OUR God.  Let the words of our mouth, and the meditation of our heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, our strength, and our redeemer.

O Lord, My Strength

“I will love thee, O Lord, my strength.”
-Psalm 18:1-

Our Father, which art in Heaven:

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us.  We love you, because you are OUR strength. You are our strength and redeemer. You are the strength of our salvation.  You are our strength and shield.  You are the strength of our life, and we do not have to be afraid.  We know that you are our refuge and strength, and a very PRESENT help in the time of trouble.  In you, we know that our strength is girded, and you make our way perfect.  We know that our strength is girded, in battles, for that, we say thank you. You give power to the faint, and to us who have no might, you increase our strength.  You are the saving strength for your anointed, your people.  You give us strength, and you bless us with peace. When our soul is melted with heaviness, you strengthen us according to your word.  When we are discouraged, you give us strength, if we wait on you Jesus. You told us to wait on you, and you will be the one to strengthen our heart, if we wait on you. We know that if we wait on you, our strength shall be renewed, we shall mount up with wings as eagles, we shall run and not be weary, we shall walk and not faint.  We will excel in your strength if we keep your commandments, and hearken unto the voice of your word.  In you, LORD JEHOVAH, is everlasting strength.  Let the words of our mouth, and the meditation of our heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, our STRENGTH, and our Redeemer.

In God's Presence

And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest.

Exodus 33:14

Our Father, who art in Heaven:

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us.  We know that you exist and that you are everywhere.  There is no place that your presence is not there.  There are many times, we leave your presence, but you constantly remain.  When we are away from your presence (not in daily prayer, reading the word, following your will for our lives, being in the spirit of God) we are hopeless without you.  There is no guidance, when we have not gotten into your presence.  We are not following your will when we decide to keep from being in your presence.  Our relationship is unsteady and shaken when we are not in your presence.  Oh, how we long to be in your presence. Today, we are yearning to be in your presence.  You fill us (spiritually) with your glory being in your presence.   Our hearts and minds are still when we get into your presence.  We are spiritually intact with you, when we are in your presence.  There is fullness of joy in your presence.  Being in your presence gives us rest.  Being in your presence leads us down the righteous path.  Please don’t cast your presence away from us, for we will do our part at getting into your presence.

Comfort Us Jesus

“Comfort thine heart, I pray thee…”
-Judges 19:8-

Our Father, which art in Heaven:

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us. Lord, please comfort us. You are our comforter, and in the midst of our afflictions and losses, you give us strength and hope.  There are days, we struggle deeply missing a loved one, whose deceased, and the loss of a job, even the loss of sanity (sometimes) because of a challenging circumstance, but you are the God of comfort. You told us, that blessed are us who mourn, for we shall be comforted. Lord you have seen our ways, and you will heal us:  You will lead us also, and restore comfort unto us.   Even when we don’t feel we have comfort (it is there), in the multitude of our thoughts within us thy comforts delight our soul.  We know you are with us, because your rod and staff comforts us.  You comfort us on every side. We know that you will not leave us comfortless, because you will come for us.  You comfort us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted by you, God.  Thank you for being our comfort.

If we keep your commandments, we will be able to abide in your love.  We love you because you hear our voice, and you hear our supplications.  We know that if we love you, you will preserve us, because you love the righteous.  Because you love us, you correct us.  We take heed to your commandment to love each other, as you have loved us. If we love one another, you dwell in us, and your love is perfect in us.   Lord we love you, and we will keep your words, and we know that you will love us.  We will continue in your love.  We will not allow ANYTHING to separate us from your love (not tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword).  Height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from your love.  We know that if we love the world, that the love of you is not in us.  Love is of you, God, and you are love.  We love you because you first loved us.

-Hebrews 11:1-

Our Father, which art in Heaven:

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.  By faith we offer ourselves unto you God   By faith and salvation we will have eternal life with you. Without faith it is impossible to please you: for he that cometh to you must believe that you are, and that you are a rewarder of them that diligently seek you.   By faith we are warned of things not seen as yet, and not moved with fear.   By faith we will trust you when you call us to go out into a place not knowing, but we are willing and obedient.  By faith we will receive strength from you.  By faith, we will be made whole.  By faith, our sins can be forgiven. By faith in you, you will open up our blind eyes to see spiritually.  By faith we will trust you through every challenge and circumstance.  We will have faith in you.

Prayer from the Heart

"Pay attention to my prayer, for it comes from honest lips."
Psalm 17:1
(NLT)

Dear Lord:

We ask that you will forgive us for all of our sins, and create in us a clean heart, and renew a right spirit within us.  We thank you for hearing our prayers daily.  When we call on your name, you are there.  You hear the prayers of your children (the righteous).  Lord, we humble ourselves in your sight, knowing that you are the one to lift us up.  We ask that you will lift the heavy burdens, that weigh us down.  We cast all of our burdens to you, because you care for us.  We will not fear the devil, because you have not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.  We thank you for setting us free, because whom the son set free is free indeed.  We thank you for providing all of our needs, because you supply our needs according to your will.  You heal the broken heart, and you make us whole. You heal us from our afflictions (sicknesses and diseases)  You restore our joy, because your joy is our strength and our salvation.  You are perfect in all your ways, and you are a Holy God.  You know everything about us, because you knew us before we were formed in our mother's womb.  You allow us to prosper in our works, finances, health, and ministries.  We honestly give you thanks for all that you have already done, all that you are going to do, and will continue to do.  We love you Jesus.  We put no other gods before you, because you are the only true and living God.  Continue to use us for your glory, that you may always be glorified in our hearts, in our words, in our actions, and our works.

Purpose, Plan, and Will

Discerning the Times

“And they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and profane, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean.”
-Ezekiel 44:23-

Our Father, which art in Heaven:

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us.  We pray that we become discerned spiritually.  We pray that we will have in us the gift of the discerning of the spirits.  We are living in the end times, and we desperately need to recognize, distinguish, and perceive right and wrong. We pray that we shall be taught the difference between the holy and profane, and it will cause us to discern between the clean and unclean. We pray that we will be able to put a difference between holy and unholy, and between clean and unclean.  We ask that you will grant to us a wise man’s heart, because he discerns both time and judgment. For in the end times, many (hypocrites) can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but cannot discern this time.  Help us, O Lord, to know the end times. We know you are coming back soon.  We do not desire to turn away from sound doctrine.  For many have turned away from sound doctrine, and after their own lust (pleasures), and have looked for leaders who will teach them what they desire to hear (itching ears).  But, God we pray that you will allow us to be aware and alert of the false doctrines. Make us aware of the FALSE teachers (pastors, teachers, evangelists, ect..) who are among us, who privily will bring to us damnable heresies. We ask you again, O Lord,  give us the wisdom and the knowledge to discern between the righteous and wicked and between him who serves you Jesus, and him who does not.  Lord we pray this prayer, in Jesus name.

Love you,
