Family

“Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named”

-Ephesians 3:15-

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us.  Lord, it’s not just us, but our family stands in the need of prayer.  We pray for the blessings of our parents that you will continue to strengthen their bodies from being weak, heal them from every disease, cover them with your blood, and protect them from danger. We pray for the blessings of our grandparents (living) that you will continue to strengthen their bodies from being weak, heal them from every disease, cover them with your blood, and protect them from danger.   We pray for our marriages (between Man [born] and Woman [born]), that we will continue to be united as one in your eyes.  We pray that you will keep our marriages together, and that we will allow our marriages to exemplify your glory.  We pray for our children.  We already know that our children are blessed, and Lord we know that Satan will use every tactic to destroy the future of our children.  We, rebuke Satan and his plans in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  We pray that our children will grow to become the men and women of God that you will want them to be.  We desire to nurture and rear them in a Christian home, by teaching and modeling Christian principles, and by keeping them in the word of God (Bible).  We pray for our household, that you will continue to dwell in our lives, and that we will not turn from you.  We pray that favor and prosperity (in Jesus, in health, finances, ect…) will continue to live with us. We pray for our siblings (saved) that you will strengthen them on their journey, as they draw closer to you, and that they will continue to seek you with their hearts.  We pray for our siblings (not saved), that you will bring them to you, Jesus.  We pray for our remaining family members, that you will be with them Lord, because we know you will never forsake them.  Save our family members, who do not know you, and whose heart has turned against you. This is our prayer for our family!

Forgive Us For Our Sins

“I acknowledge my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin.”

-Psalm 32:5-

Our Father, which art in Heaven:

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins. Lord, we acknowledge our sins unto you, and our iniquities we will not hide.  We will confess our transgressions (sins) unto you Lord, and we know you will forgive us.  We will acknowledge our iniquity, and we will be sorry for our sins. We ask that you will look upon our affliction, and forgive us for our sins. We know that you (Son of Man) have all the power in the earth, to forgive us for our sins.  By us sinning, we are being disobedient and violating your will for our lives. WE MUST REPENT and ask for your forgiveness daily.  You’re the only God, who can forgive us for our sins, and we don’t desire to take that for granted.  We confess our sins to you Lord, and we know that you are faithful and just to forgive us for all of our sins, and to cleanse from all unrighteousness.  We know that if we do not ask for your forgiveness that the wages of sin is death. Wash us thoroughly God, from our iniquity, and cleanse our sins. For we need your help, O God of our salvation, for the glory of your name sake: Deliver us, and purge away our sins, for your name sake. As we are continuing to repent (daily), create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us.  Let the words of our mouth, and the meditation of our heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, our strength, and our redeemer.

Lord, Help Us With Our Patience

“Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very                                   pitiful (compassionate), and of tender mercy.”
-James 5:11-

Our Father, which art in Heaven:

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us.  Lord, you are patient, and you are the God of patience. We know that the trying of our faith, worketh patience.  We are asking that you help us develop patience in our daily lives. For there are many times we are/become impatient, with the matters of life, but we ask you to help us to remain calm in circumstances. For, Patience must have its perfect work. Truth is, patience is being able to wait and endure. Lord as you are helping us with our patience, please guide and teach us to wait and endure when faced with challenges, obstacles, or issues.  For we know if we glory in tribulation (challenges/obstacles/issues), then the tribulation works patience, and patience, experience; hope. We must lay aside every weight, and the sin(s) that easily make us stumble, and run with patience to the race that you, God have set up for us. We must follow after patience, along with godliness, faith, love, and meekness. Lord we ask you to help us with patience in our attitudes, as we deal with individuals who are/can be challenging as we interact with them daily. Lord we ask for patience when it seems like in our eyes, our enemies are prospering, and we feel we have been overlooked by society, when we have been faithful to the task or assignments you have called us to. But Lord we know, for after we have done your will God, we know we (righteous) will receive the promise.
Your servant Job, was a great man of patience, as he endured his affliction, and we desire to follow after his example of having patience.  Lord, help us with our patience.
