Psalm 34

I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.”
-Verse 4-

Our Father, which art in Heaven:

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us.  We will bless you at all times, and praises shall continually be in our mouths.  Our soul shall boast in you, and we, the humble, shall hear thereof, and be glad. We magnify you, and exalt your name together. We sought you, and you heard us, and delivered us from all our fears. We will taste and see that you are good.  We are blessed because we trust in you.  If we seek you we shall not lack in any good thing.  We will do good; seek peace, and pursue it. Your eyes are upon us, the righteous, and your ears are open to our cry.  Your face is against them that do evil. You are nigh unto us that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.  Many are the afflictions of us, the righteous: but you deliver us out of them all.  You redeemeth the soul of your servants, and none of us that trust in you shall be desolate.

Psalm 143

Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God. Thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprighteousness.”
-Verse 10-

Our Father, which art in Heaven:

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us. Hear our prayer, O Lord, give ear to our supplications: in thy faithfulness answer us, and in thy righteousness.  For the enemy hath persecuted our soul; he hath smitten our lives down to the ground; he hath made us to dwell in darkness. Therefore our spirit is overwhelmed within us.  Our hearts within us is desolate. We remember the days of old. We meditate on all thy works, and we muse on the work of thy hands.  We stretch forth our hands unto thee: Our soul thirsteth after thee, as a thirsty land.  Hear us speedily, O Lord, our spirit faileth: hide not thy face from us, lest we be like unto them that go down into the pit.  Cause us to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do we trust: cause us to know the way wherein we should walk; for we lift up our soul unto thee.  Deliver us, O Lord, from our enemies: We flee unto thee to hide us.  Teach us to do thy will; for thou art our God: thy spirit is good; lead us into the land of uprightness.  Quicken us, O Lord, for thy name's sake: for thy righteousness' sake bring our soul out of trouble.  And of thy mercy cut off our enemies, and destroy all them that afflict our soul: for we are thy servant.

Psalm 37

The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein forever.”
-Verse 29-

Our Father, which art in Heaven:

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us. We will not fret because of evildoers; we will not be envious against the workers of iniquity.  We will trust in you Lord, and do good. We delight ourselves in you, and commit our ways unto you. For, if we do these things, you will bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday. We will rest and wait patiently for you.  We will not fret because of those who prosper in their ways, because of them who bringeth wicked devices to pass. We will cease from anger, and forsake wrath, and fret not thyself in any wise to do evil. We, the meek, shall inherit the earth, and shall delight ourselves in the abundance of peace.  Our steps are ordered by you, and we delight in your way.  If we fall, we shall not be utterly cast down: for you upholdeth us with your hand.  We will wait on you, and keep your way.  The salvation of the righteous is you, and you are our strength in the time of trouble.  You will help and deliver us from the wicked because we trust in you.

Psalm 47

God reigned over the heathen: God sitteth upon the throne of his holiness.”
-Verse 8-

Our Father, which art in Heaven:

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us. We will clap our hands, and shout unto you with the voice of triumph.  For you, most High are awesome, and you are the great King over all the earth.  You shall subdue the people under us, and the nations under our feet.   You shall choose our inheritance. You have gone up with a shout!  We will sing praises to you, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises. For you, are the King of all the earth! We will sing praises with understanding. You reign over the heathen: You sitteth upon the throne of your holiness.  For the shields of the earth belong unto you. You are greatly exalted!

Let everything that hath breath praise the Lord.  Praise ye the LORD.”
-Verse 6-

Our Father, which art in Heaven:

We ask that you will forgive us for our sins.  Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us. Praise to you Lord.  We will praise you in your sanctuary. We will praise you in the firmament of your power. We will praise you for your mighty acts, and: praise you according to your excellent greatness.  We will praise you with the sound of the trumpet.  We will praise you with the psaltery and harp.  We praise you with the timbrel and dance.  We praise you with stringed instruments and organs. We will praise you upon the loud cymbals.  We will praise you upon the high sounding cymbals.   Everything that has breath will praise you, Lord.  Praise you LORD!
